Docs: Fix Globals and Toolbars examples

What I did

With this pull request, the Essentials/Toolbars and Globals page was updated to factor in examples for other frameworks:

What was done:

• Updated the page to render conditionally based on the framework
• Created missing snippets and updated existing ones to align with what a user experiences when using the feature.
