This plugin provides a custom progress bar featuring an animated pixel art version of the Pedro Pedro Pedro - Racoon Meme.
The artwork originates from a reddit post by /u/Hobbes2594.
The progress bar itself is heavily inspired from the DarculaProgressBarUI implementation by IntelliJ.
