We found a person in support had their WP site set up so that the WordPress install was at a subfolder, and their main domain was their site URL. Pretty permalinks for their member profile pages were not working.
This PR reworks the rewrite rule to take subfolder WP installs into account.
It is tested for both main folder WP installs and subfolder installs.
