Remove startup tests

These don't simulate very well stratisd/stratisd-min's current
operation, in fact they ignore stratisd-min entirely. Also, the best way
to test lock file handling is in the context of systemd's operation,
i.e., on start up. These tests have gone back to just being clutter and
we should remove them.
