- Upgrade SvelteKit & Svelte. Don't bump all the way to v5, as that'll require more extensive changes. This should be a good middle-ground for now.
- Upgrade various other web/info-related deps: eslint, eslint-plugins, svelte-plugins, vite, typescript.

@strideynet FWIW, the deploy to CF pages seems to be fine, besides the origin needing to be added to Sanity |
