This PR contains the following updates:

@studiometa/eslint-config devDependencies pin ^3.1.3 -> 3.1.3
@studiometa/prettier-config devDependencies pin ^4.0.0 -> 4.0.0
eslint (source) devDependencies pin ^8.56.0 -> 8.56.0
prettier (source) devDependencies pin ^3.1.1 -> 3.1.1
stylelint (source) devDependencies pin ^16.1.0 -> 16.1.0

Add the preset :preserveSemverRanges to your config if you don't want to pin your dependencies.
