Deploy django blog application with heroku.
Using AWS S3 for file uploads to prepare for publishing on Heroku

- create bucket: django-blog-files-sujiayi permissions->CORS configuration (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing)
- IAM (identity access management users->add user->username: django_user accesstype: Programmatic access
- attach existing policies directly
- AmazonS3FullAcess => Access key ID, Secret access Key
