The Translator v0.16

Removed restrictions related to the illegal text (except for very few cases).
Restore picking XML files from device storage on Android 11.
Included a bunch of internal improvements.
Now built using the latest Gradle plugin.
Updated Chinese (simplified) translations (credits: @sr093906).
Miscellaneous changes.
