First stable working release

First version has github-like markdown style preview. It uses a running pharo image with Pillar and Zinc Server to export pillar to html. Communication is done through php to validate state and launch suspended backend server.

Future work:

• auto backend shutdown after 5~10 minutes of inactivity
• improve preview style (tab width)
