Available states

Name	Description
sysctl.cmd	Defines sysctl helper states
sysctl.ip-forward	Enable IPv4 forwarding
sysctl.ip-nonlocal-bind	Allow processes to bind() to non-local IPv4 addresses
sysctl.net-core-maxconn	Set the maximum number of connections that can be queued for a socket
sysctl.net-ipv6	Configure IPv6 settings
