I think it would be nice if the apps and system went dark during sunset and sunrise as well because it's not very bright outside during sunset and sunrise, so I think it only makes sense for the apps and system to also be dark during those times and nighttime.
By the way, I could be better with Powershell, so I'm unsure if this is good-quality code.
