'us-central1-docker.pkg.dev'
This change was made to point to a different container registry location, leading to the need to update the registry URL accordingly.
The image location was modified from gcr.io/evmchain/taiko-client to us-central1-docker.pkg.dev/evmchain/taiko-client. This adjustment reflects the new registry location and ensures that the Docker image is pulled from the correct location after the registry change.
