[MPR/proton-mail] Newer versions of official Proton Mail client are not released on GitHub #3

Currently v1.0.6 from August 2024 is the latest version of the official Proton Mail desktop client on GitHub.

However, the downloads landing page for the Proton Mail desktop client for Linux (both for DEB and RPM archives) are being updated past v1.0.6:

Both Release following WebClients? ProtonMail/inbox-desktop#39 and Where is the 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 ProtonMail/inbox-desktop#40 indicate that upstream hasn't released newer versions since v1.0.6.
- Also, both are being tracked until this is resolved.
The commit log from the closest corresponding package of proton-mail-bin on the AUR indicates that v1.2.1 and v1.2.4 have been released since v1.0.6.

Due to this, I am not currently sure how to proceed with updating this MPR package.
