Sample Size

I've added a new configuration setting that controls the microphone sampling size. This made a huge difference for me after I changed my audio drivers and the program stopped working very well.

Mute Button

Added a configurable mute key in addition to the sneeze key. Now plays a notification sound when muting or un-muting. Hiding the display when the window loses focus to improve stability.

Sneeze Key

You can now configure a temporary mute button for when you're about to sneeze or make other obnoxious noises.

Config Rememberer

Alter will now remember your configuration between uses.

Alpha release

This is an early version tested only by me, on Windows 8 x64, on the Battlefield 4 Beta.
