Describe the change
This PR introduces a few improvements to the ScanPdf scanner in Strelka:

Bug fix for [BUG] Failed to serialize event #419
Formatting and Variable Updates
Some Documentation Updates

Describe testing procedures
All worker tests completed successfully.

No Output Changes
