Steps to test the PR
It is similar to Enable Slur Replacement feature. Once the plugin is activated, you can click on Elable Slur Metadata to see metadata related to slur words.

hi @hardik-pratap-singh, 2 small comments on cursory reading

1. Can you remove the changes from the manifest.json file, we don't commit them to the codebase
2. Can you also remove the entire prototype folder, let's keep this PR to just add the final code for the feature
