Frequently Asked Questions
I have some doubts I'd like to clarify, how do I reach out?
In case you have any questions, do post on our slack group channels. If you'd like to have one-on-one discussions, reach out on the group, mention what you need help with, and we'll be happy to set up a call!
I just joined the organisation, where do I start?
Welcome to the team! We recommend you start at the Wiki. You'll find the onboarding information documented there. If at the end of your onboarding process, you find there are topics that need to be included either in this section or the Wiki, do let us know.
I would like to take time off
If you need to take time off for any reason, do reach out to your direct supervisor on the team and let them know when you will not be available; do try to inform us in advance if circumstances permmit. Please post on the slack channel as well so the team is aware you are not on call during that time.
I would like to leave
If you'd like to stop contributing to our work, and also leave the organisation, do let us know in writing. We'd appreciate if this could be conveyed to us in advance, so we can initiate your offboarding process. Once it is complete, you no longer have to fulfil any obligations in relation to our work, unless we have discussed anything to the alternative. Thank you for working with us!
