Slightly better keyboard support

Moving towards gmtime and fixing input boxes for time

Replaced localtime_s with gmtime_s. Needed a function for mktime. Also
making keyboard presses alter date better. Altered date reader function
from the chained strtoul to something more flexible and robust.

Reasonably usable and stable

Simple enough to use. Still has a few debugging and incomplete features built in.

It's enough to browse your Location History though, and export views to Google Earth.

Improved the look a little bit

I've left the console window in this release.

Initial version enables the bare minimum. Not robust, not pretty.

For those interested, I've uploaded a pre-release of the Windows version of my Google Location History viewer.
