Provide a compiled docgen script

If a developer doesn't have the ltreesitter.d.tl `build` would just spit
out a bunch of annoying type errors since ltreesitter couldn't be found.
This fixes that with the annoyance that if you update docgen.tl, you
need to manually compile it.
