tlextras 2021.3r1

This Git tag corresponds to the Tectonic tlextras bundle of TeXLive 2021.3r1. It adds our first patches to the TeXLive sources:

• Work around failures trying to open extractbb for pipe input when run with shell-escape enabled
• Avoid terminal input forbidden error messages when the real issue is a missing file.

This bundle is published at https://data1.fullyjustified.net/tlextras-2021.3r1.tar.

The tlextras-2021.3r1.listing.txt file here is an alphabetized listing of all filenames in the bundle.

The tlextras-2021.3r1.shasum file contains the SHA256 digest used by Tectonic to uniquely identify the bundle contents. Note that this is not the same thing as the SHA256 digest of the bundle .tar file. It is the same as the SHA256SUM file that is part of the bundle contents.
