Added attributes from newest azurerm provider version for the resource azurerm_storage_account.
Also added the new resource azurerm_storage_management_policy (https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azurerm/latest/docs/resources/storage_management_policy) for managing lifecycle policies in storage accounts.
