Starting with .NET as an example. Added a dedicated setup page under
docs/develop/dotnet/set-up-your-local-dotnet.mdxwith page under sidebar. Structured content into clear sections. For visual design, there's syntax highlighting for code blocks, responsive design for mobile views, and more Temporal style colors and typography.Notes to reviewers
