Complete rewrite of the inetgegration in order to modernize the code, improve readability, and dramatically improve speed. As this rewrite also switches the configuration file format from YAML to TOML, and has other potentially breaking changes, it has been released to pypi with the new name of "tenb2jira" instead of the old name of "integration-tenable-jira".
