If an error occurs (i.e. the server crashes or stops responding) you may take the server logs using the DDMS manager. Under "Debug" there is an option "Create log zip" which, when clicked, will gather all relevant information about the server at the point in time, and create a zip on the Desktop with the current time. This zip can be sent to your technical support team to investigate the crash.
The SSL certificate must be renewed every 60 to 90 days. You may use your web browser to view the SSL certificate of the server, which will tell you when the certificate will expire. The certificate renewal process may be started anytime after the 60 days.
