Initial training package

This package contains:

• The current java-testing-example repo
• The current java-testing-example repo
• A working, pre-configured Eclipse installation with all the plugins used in the training
• A hopefully-working, not-configured Visual Studio code installation
• chromedriver, geckodriver, and IEDriverServer for running selenium tests
