Locked pages view and options to hide remote management and show the commit author

I added a locked pages view and extra options to hide remote management and show the commit author.

Maybe the locked pages could be their own plugin, but I like having this within the same menu section.

In my scenario, I only have a local git repository and I would like to have a history of edits and the info who did it.
Also sometimes other editors forget to save their changes, so the locked pages view is very helpful.

And btw. thanks a lot for the great plugin!

Hi, thanks for your pull request! Would it be possible to split these changes into three separate commits? The author feature is already implemented (see #111), and from my point of view, hiding remote management and showing locked files are two different features.

I'm also not sure the locked files feature should be included in this plugin, as it has nothing to do with git. But I like the idea in general and I'm happy to think about including this feature.
