gciMock

Trying to funnel a lot of my various linux or Arduino mock interfaces into one project instead of constantly recreating the wheel.

• mock_arduino.hpp, not everything, but useful things
  • most interfaces are dummy and just return some fix value like 1 or 0
  • working millis, micros, delay, and delayMicroseconds should actually work
  • working random and randomSeed should work
  • mock pinMode and other pin functions do nothing
• mock_servo.hpp is dummy interface
• mock_spi.hpp is dummy interface
• mock_serial.hpp and mock_wire.hpp need Serial and Wire instantiated for use
  • SerialPort Serial, Serial1 to use
  • print() and println() functions use cout to print to command line
  • TwoWire Wire to use
  • Can do this globally in main.cpp:
