v0.1

This release is the first (mostly) ready-to-use version of my script to interface with pixiv.net yaaaay. It provides all core features mentioned in the README, please mind the notes for logging in tho.

So yeah, here you go:

• the pixivloader binary is the main script. Just put it somewhere handy, at best somewhere in your PATH.
• the pixivauth binary is the outsourced login procedure, you basically need it once to be able to do stuff.

Yeah… I'll now continue to implement everything TODO now…
