asSPATA2(sp, sample_name="ch", spatial_method="Visium", image_name="s1")
sp is an seurat object with Visium spatial method and is not CytAssist, but asSPATA2 gives the below error.
Error in (function (classes, fdef, mtable) :
unable to find an inherited method for function ‘asHistologyImaging’ for signature ‘"VisiumV2"’
I also tried directly intializing in SPAT2 using initiateSpataObject_10X, but still the same error. May I get a work around for this. I saw another issue stating this for VisiumV2, but it is supposed to work for "non VisiumV2" methods(Visium) right.
