Visium Method considered as VisiumV2

asSPATA2(sp, sample_name="ch", spatial_method="Visium", image_name="s1")
sp is an seurat object with Visium spatial method and is not CytAssist, but asSPATA2 gives the below error.

Error in (function (classes, fdef, mtable) :
unable to find an inherited method for function ‘asHistologyImaging’ for signature ‘"VisiumV2"’

I also tried directly intializing in SPAT2 using initiateSpataObject_10X, but still the same error. May I get a work around for this. I saw another issue stating this for VisiumV2, but it is supposed to work for "non VisiumV2" methods(Visium) right.

Downgrading the seurat package can solve this problem temporarily

Dear all, I am sorry for the late reply. The last version release has been quite time and energy consuming and our team is small. We have adjusted the asSPATA2() function to work with the new Seurat v5. The tutorial on package compatibility elaborates on that. I hope that this fixes any problems. If you still encounter some with the function asSPATA2() please let us know. We will be able to fix these things faster from now on.
