how to add similar function dendrogram=True for determine ref and malignant in plotCnvHeatmap

Hello huiyijiangling, do I get it correctly that you want to sort the output heatmap of plotCnvHeatmap() by cluster and display this ordering with a dendrogram on the right? If so, this is not implemented yet, but a good idea. I will add it to the to-do list of upcoming versions and let you know once I have implemented it.
