This is the submitted version of my final year project. I expect work to continue in this repository in the future.
The release tarball contains a fully self-contained install of the tookit: simply drop graphs into the store/graphs directory. Check the README for an explanation of the design and concepts, and the --help/-h option for each executable for the full list of available options.
