PR updates heading tags to be sequential throughout the app.
Currently the theme and component files contain no
<h2>, meaning that styles go straight from<h1>to<h3>.PR bumps all styles from h3–6 up to h2–5, specifying or removing
component="x"wherever necessary to maintain sequential headings in the DOM.
