Mean First Passage Times for Stochastic Biochemical Reactions

Compute MFPTs numerically using an adaptation of FiniteStateProjection.jl to construct the transition matrix of a stochastic reaction network and solve a modified system of equations using the standard sparse solvers in Julia.
