Thanks for this. Currently does not work in a vanilla environment due to calls to functions in ggplot2 without loading the package. Could you:
- add explicit referencing
ggplot2::wherever relevant - make the changes to the function in
R/plot_beds.Rinstead of doing it on the server side?

Have added space between plots and made all plots ggplots with the same theming and width
