To start your Phoenix server:

• Install dependencies with mix deps.get
• Run command cp .env.sample .env
• Change connection postgre database info in config file .env
• Create and migrate your database with mix ecto.setup
• Download TailwindCSS with mix tailwind.install
• Install webdriver server brew install --cask chromedriver Install guide
• Open new terminal and start chromedriver by command chromedriver
• Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phx.server or inside IEx with iex -S mix phx.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
