Implement #125 (Only for Android now).

Added UI field for DNS servers (ipv4 / ipv6).
Implemented logic for propagation DNS1 and DNS2 servers on vpn start and removing that on vpn stop.
Made UI scrollable. On-screed keyboard covers DNS field.
