Sync up this fork with the main repo and add the following features and refactoring mostly related to redemption entity:
refactor: modify subgraph to accommodate sepolia
refactor: remove goerli deprecated network
feat: add new abi functions for redemption and deposit proofs
feat: update redemption entity data
