Fix rewards merkle tree for Sep 1st

Ref: threshold-network/merkle-distribution#79

The Sep 1st 23 staking rewards distribution was generated in PR
threshold-network/merkle-distribution#77, but it contained some incorrect
calculations due to a bug in the rewards calculation script (see PR
threshold-network/merkle-distribution#78). This PR adds a merkle tree computed
in threshold-network/merkle-distribution#79 to Threshold Token Dashboard.
