Orin-AGX does not boot from SSD right now. To prevent all PRs from showing as failed, this disables the Orin-AGX hardware tests in the pre-merge pipeline.
I could not trigger pre-merge-pipeline manually to test. To confirm that the syntax works I disabled the Orin-AGX tests in main and run the main-pipeline. Tests were skipped.
