What's the difference between Timegird and Timegrid.io ?

Timegrid is the web application (software piece) that runs the reservation platform. Timegrid.io is a website that runs Timegrid to provide a reservation platform for a certain marketplace.

How may I benefit from Timegrid ?

As a site owner, you may run Timegrid in your own server to provide a booking platform for a certain marketplace. As a developer, you may take code pieces as long as you respect the license terms. As a business owner/service provider, you may implement online booking with no hassle through Timegrid.io.

Is Timegrid currently stable for production?

No. Despite Timegrid is stable as a beta, it is still under heavy development. At this point we are working hard on preparing the release candidate for a reliable software piece that can be used for commercial use.

May I use Timegrid for commercial purposes?

Yes, as long as you keep authoring credits and release source-code according to the applied license.

Why isn't Timegrid just a module?

When development was started, it was kind of difficult to find an open source full web application in Laravel one could learn from. Despite timegrid is an entire application, I have started extracting the reservation functions to a reusable package called Concierge.

I am not an experienced developer, may I contribute?

Yes, you are welcome to contribute. Just drop me a line on Gitter and I will help out on this.

What languages is timegrid on?

The primary language is English and the secondary is Spanish. If you are a translator or want to help on translation please let me know.

I like the whole thing, but I don't understand the UI/UX

You are not alone. And I know it. The navigation, wordings and layouts are still work in progress and it will become better sooner than later. UX/UI Designer? Your expertise is welcome!.
