The gokv library was a big update so it was done in its own commit. The Dockerfile was clean up a bit to remove warnings. Signed-off-by: Jacob Weinstock <[email protected]>

Description
This fixes a security issue with golang.org/x/crypto and updates all direct dependencies as they are quite out of date.
