Fixes luas for the 1.0.0.9 Epic and Steam Release
Warning: Texture Recolors on the new textures will take significantly longer (~10 minutes minimum for all textures).
Generator bugfixes:
- KHBR update to 4.1.1 with several small fixes
- Report depth is now working properly
- Daily seeds with final form modifications work properly
- New Mixed Visit Lock setting (mix of guaranteed and random) thanks to DThaiPome
- Daily seeds with hints that need trackable reports now properly turn that setting on
- Backend changes for hint files to keep compatibility with the tracker
