Pool migration
This is a pool migration script intended to be used with Multisig dapp
Features
Gotchas
Old multisig contract can't handle large BOC due to gas limitation.
Way out is to migrate governance first, but then you are on your own(without dapp) after that
Improvements
Direct interaction with both old and new multisig will make the UX much much nicer.
