If one wants to import a ton wallet using mnemonics, one doesn't normally know what the address is in advance, unless another tool is used to generate/find the address, which makes mnemonic2key not so useful. This PR automatically derives the address for a v3R2 wallet (can be expanded in future PRs to support other versions) and uses it to generate wallet.addr.
