To build multi-level statistical models to forecast solar radiation
DWD Global Radiation Observation and Forecast Data Library - a Python package providing access to Surface Incoming Solar Radiation (SIS) or Global Horizontal Irradiance (GHI) data from Deutscher Wetterdienst (DWD). Covers Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Useful for photovoltaic systems and Smart Home scenarios.
The dataset contains measurements of columns such as: "wind direction", "wind speed", "humidity", "temperature" etc. for the past 4 months and you have to predict the level of: "radiation".
