Add Japanese Documents of Demo1 and Demo2 #1

  • 動作確認はドキュメント推奨の VirtualBox / ROS kinect 環境で Training の冒頭から Demo 2 までを順番通りに行いました.
    一部パッケージを追加で apt でインストールする必要がありましたが内容は成功しています.
  • Demo 1, Demo2 はそれら単独の手順で演習を行ってもビルドが通りません.
    • これら以前の Exercise でインストールする UR ロボットなどのパッケージが必要になるためです.

本家にならって,ReadTheDocにTORKのフォークを表示するようにしました.

うまくいけば,Demoのところだけ日本語になっているはずです.
