Modifications for nextage_calibration dependencies with openni_description that is changed from turtlebot_descriptions.

The build failed in ROS Indigo, but didn't failed in Kinetic.
Are those a because of setting touch src/rtmros_nextage/nextage_calibration/CATKIN_IGNORE only in Kinetic?

touch src/rtmros_nextage/nextage_calibration/CATKIN_IGNORE

And should I set CATKIN_IGNORE for nextage_calibration in Indigo and Melodic too?

I got an error about ueye_cam with ROS Melodic in travisci.

ERROR: the following packages/stacks could not have their rosdep keys resolved
to system dependencies:
nextage_ros_bridge: Cannot locate rosdep definition for [ueye_cam]

Because of no ueye_cam package in ROS Melodic?

All checks have passed but the ueye_cam package had been removed for ROS Melodic.
