Define an NLP client class to a preql model to enable more complete logigng of a question answer cycle (still TODO)
Add a naiive step that checks the preql result set for "reasonableness" based on the initial question and retries if it's not.
Preliminary basic checks indicate this solves for the case of getting back just a list of years with no counts for the current README example. We need better tracking and configurability of steps.
