Creating a separate issue from this as there are 2 parts of it.

Currently, we use only one side of the BETWEEN, and does not generate conjunct expression using both left and right side.

tpcds queries using BETWEEN are:

tpcds/q16
tpcds/q64
tpcds/q68
tpcds/q94
tpcds/q95
