- fix shebang module - add basic ability to lint arbitrary files
run tkldev-detector over itself, fixing a LOT of failed lints in the process and a few bugs as well
- adds special case tag "ignore:*" which causes "items" to be ignored - fixes non-recursive location of non-appliance files
- Makes logging configurable. - Fixes bug when linting non-appliance, where hidden files and directories are omitted. - Improve logging of ignored items

Another mammoth PR, includes LOTS of linting fixes, a few ruff rule changes and some bugfixes.
